We do shingles, clay tile, cedar wood shakes, energy efficient roof systems and single ply for low slope roof frames. We also follow the standard codes depending on city and state.
Commercial energy efficient roof systems
Most commercial roofs are flat. Therefore, we recommend energy efficient single ply roof membrane. This system is under “Title 24”. This offers the best factory guarantee on low slope roof systems. We also provide maintenance services for these type of roofs.
